You may not use any meta tags or any other "hidden text" trademarks without the express written consent of BMart Network. Any unauthorized use terminates the permission or license granted by BMart Network.

Account and Registration Obligation

People who want to place an order has to register with BMart Network. You have to keep your account details correct so, that it will easy to communicate. By agreeing to the conditions you will receive promotional communication and newsletters upon registration. The customer can unsubscribe either from my account or by contacting the customer support system.

Pricing

We provide the products for MRP. The prices mentioned at the time of order will be taken at the time of delivery. If there are fluctuations in the price then there will be no extra charge or refund.

Cancellation by Customer/Site

As a customer, you can cancel the order before the cut-off time of the slot, we will refund you the amount. If we find any fraud action taking place then we cancel that particular order. We maintain a negative list of fraudulent transactions and cancel the orders to them.

Return & Refund

When you are not satisfied with the quality of the product or if you get a damaged item then you can return the item. The amount of that product will be credited to your BMart Network account. So, you can use the amount for future payments.

You agree and confirm

If an order is not delivered due to your fault like the wrong address, then redelivery cost will be claimed from you.

We provide you with the information which is requested by you. BMart Network reserves the right to validate the information provided by you.

You are entering the information and doing transactions on the site at your own risk.  The address you give for delivery should be correct and appropriate.

You may not use the Site for any of the following objects:

Spreading any unlawful, harassing, libelous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material.

Unauthorized access through another system.

Interfering in others' sites for your enjoyment.

Breaking the rules.

Interrupting the network or website.

Colors

We have made efforts to display accurate colors on the website. We cannot guarantee that the colors displayed on your screen would be accurate.

Modification of Terms & Conditions of Service

BMart Network modifies the terms and conditions at any time. To get the updates you need to review them often. If you discontinue the service then it means you do not accept the terms and conditions. If you are using the service then you accept the terms and conditions.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This User Agreement shall be defined in accordance with the relevant laws of India. Any conflict or disagreement either in interpretation or otherwise, of any terms of this User Agreement between the parties hereto, the same shall be referred to an independent arbitrator who will be appointed by BMart Network and his decision shall be final and required on the parties hereto. The above arbitration shall be in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 as revised from time to time.

Review, Feedback, Submissions

All the reviews, feedback, suggestions, and ideas submitted will be the property of BMart Network site. BMart Network owns exclusively all such rights, titles, and interests and shall not be limited in any way in its use, commercial or otherwise, of any Comments. BMart Network shall undergo no obligation (1) to maintain any Comments in confidence; (2) to pay you any compensation for any Comments; or (3) to respond to any Comments. The Comments submitted by you to the Site will not violate this policy or any right.

The names and logos and all related product and service names, design marks, and slogans are the trademarks or service marks of BMart Network, its affiliates, its partners, or its suppliers. Every company has there own mark. All materials, including images, text, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, programs, music clips or downloads, video clips, and written and other materials that are part of this Website are intended solely for personal, non-commercial use.               

The content of this website can only be used for personal purposes. The software and content will be used only for shopping purposes. Any other use, including the reproduction, change, configuration, synchromesh, republication, appearance, or performance, of the Contents on this Website is strictly prohibited. Unless all rights are reserved by BMart externals cannot use the data.

This article shall survive the expiry or termination of this User Agreement.

Termination

The user agreement will be effective until terminated by you or BMart Network. You can terminate this at any time. Any termination of the user agreement either by you or BMart Network must destroy all the materials downloaded from the site. BMart Network’s right to any Comments shall survive any termination of this User Agreement.
